This is my new work "Nimhue", a personal work with not so much story behind it.
For this work I wanted to come back to my old style like in my work "be my valentine",very digital but with the semi realistic style of my "Only You" work.
With a very simple subject ,soft ambient lighting and a limited palette, I could focus in detailing her face , leaving the rest of the image in darkness and less detailed.
The tatoo was added at the very end after looking for some flowers tattos in google,with all the main colors of the palette it works very well giving unity to the piece without being too distracting.
If I have to be honest, I´m not very happy with this picture and I leaved in storage waiting to be fixed in some ways but after being included in the ipcoming EXOTIQUE7 I decided to upload just the way it is.

This picture is excellent. Not only is it done with exquisite brilliance but it also portrays a beautiful girl. The image seems to be based around the femininity of this girl. She has a very feminine complexion (her eyes, skin, nose, lips and even her teeth). She is also covered in pink, pink lips, pink hair and a pink flower on her shoulder adds to effect. It is as if the artist tried with this piece to capture everything female and put it into a single character. Furthermore the detail of the picture is unbelievable. Upon closer inspection you can see the sweat pours on her shoulder and the folds in the skin above her eyes. The slightly pointed ears bring in a mystery that allows the mind to wonder onto the thought that maybe this image represents something along the lines of fantasy (along with the pink hair, of course). This is in contrast to the flower tattoo on her shoulder that seems very real world. This simple seeming picture had me thinking for a while. I personally love it and think the artist was brutally insane for stating the he thought it needs fixing.
